Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all ticket purchases, exhibitor booth sales, and related payments made to PLNTEXPO.

By purchasing tickets or reserving a booth, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through PLNTEXPO, including but not limited to:

are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy.

No refunds will be issued for changes in personal circumstances, inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, or failure to participate.

Event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Lost, unused, or forfeited tickets are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Entry is subject to compliance with event rules and policies.

All booth reservations are non-refundable once purchased or contracted.
Booth spaces are confirmed only after payment is received according to the agreed payment schedule.
Late or incomplete payments may result in:
- Revocation of booth space
- Reassignment of the booth to another exhibitor
- No refund of any amounts already paid

PLNTEXPO is not responsible for losses incurred due to revoked booth space resulting from late or failed payments.

If PLNTEXPO cancels the event in its entirety:

A full refund will be issued for:
- Ticket purchases
- Booth fees
- Sponsorships and add-on services

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

PLNTEXPO reserves the right to modify event dates, locations, programming, or format.
Changes or postponements do not automatically qualify for refunds, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
PLNTEXPO is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses incurred.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this Refund Policy may result in:
